陳璽安畢業於輔仁大學哲學系及加州大學河濱分校經濟系[1][2]，2009年開始涉足演藝圈，曾擔任平面模特兒和拍攝過《HONEY》（郭書瑤）、《傷不起》（郁可唯）、《我的幸福剛剛好》（那英）等歌曲的音樂MV。2015年，他再到美國洛衫機電影學院修讀導演及編劇，2017年回台後便參演多套台灣及中國大陸影視作品[1][3]。
