雲林縣立莿桐國民中學(Yunlin County Citong Junior High School)，簡稱莿桐國中，是位於臺灣省雲林縣莿桐鄉的國民中學，為該鄉唯一的國民中學，舊時為斗南專修農業學校、斗六農業職業學校。

- 以下使用中華民國紀元
民國30年04月，創立斗南專修農業學校於斗南鎮。35年，設分校於現址(莿桐村農校路1號)，36年本部讓與斗南中學，與分校合併。因應39年縣市改制，改名雲林縣立初級農業職業學校，45年成立高級部，51年初農部停招改招初中部，初中部校名為雲林縣立斗六農業職業學校附中。57年奉令高農結束，改制為雲林縣立莿桐國民中學，77年~現在(111.06)該校設立活動中心、影養午餐、專科大樓、PU跑道、綜合球場、行政大樓、美術班、教室冷氣等工程。

2014年8月1日至15日總共4位莿桐國中女學生在上學途中遭到男子潑潔厠劑，雲縣警察局於15日15時偵破，嫌犯為莿桐國中校友，因為與女友的感情問題而產生動機[8]。
