2015年11月13日，三门峡市纪委在卢氏县召开学习贯彻《中国共产党廉洁自律准则》《中国共产党纪律处分条例》暨党员干部警示教育大会，宣读了对严重违纪并涉嫌犯罪移交司法机关处理的马书军开除党籍、开除公职的决定。[2]
