其占地面积6.4万平方米，建筑面积20万平方米。由合生创展、广东珠江投资有限公司投资建设，广东康景物业服务有限公司负责物业管理。于1998年开建，1999年开始销售。小区配有幼儿园、小学、中学、邮局、医务所、游泳池、会所、商场、肉菜市场、超市、书店等配套设施，入住人口约2.8万人(2005年底)。
