凱旋國小從高雄師範大學遷校至現址，迄今已逾42年，歷經遷校後首任校長吳新鴻，接續的蔡文瑞、葉碩仁、黃信揚、葉宗文、黃明信、黃嘉源多位校長努力，以及現任吳慶隆校長用心經營，學校無論是硬體建設或教育成效都有相當卓越的表現。
