黎沸揮（Roy Li Fey Huei），新加坡歌手、音樂家。1990年代初期，他曾被誉为台湾音乐产业中來自新加坡的一個最耀眼的音樂人才。在过去二十年的日子裡，这位音乐家除了自己写歌和制作自己的专辑外，还积极参与为该地区许多知名歌手合作（例如劉德華、張信哲、張學友，潘嘉麗、蔡健雅，阿杜等）。目前，他专注于在他新成立的音乐学校–想象音乐中，以培训有抱负的艺术家和音乐人才。

1965年7月12日，黎沸揮在汶萊出生。祖籍是源自海南人。
1986年，他开始了自己的歌曲创作，這一年他才21岁，身高170公分。
1995年，他加入了巨石音樂股份有限公司，1997年解約。
