- 國中教師林明慧因於323佔領行政院事件中遭警方毆傷，故於日前對行政院、內政部警政署、臺北市政府、臺北市政府警察局等單位提出國家賠償聲請，而臺灣臺北地方法院本日下午判決臺北市政府須賠償新臺幣30萬元，對此臺北市政府將不再上訴。[7][8][9]
