脚本错误：没有“Labelled list hatnote”这个模块。 《原神》是中国大陆游戏厂商米哈游于2020年推出的开放世界冒险角色扮演遊戲，玩家在游戏探索幻想世界提瓦特[4]。该游戏自上架后获得了极大成功[3]。2021年2月23日，网上曝光了肯德基与《原神》游戏合作的宣传图[5]。2021年3月6日，米哈游正式宣布与肯德基举办联动，上线《原神》主题门店，并随餐赠送联动款明信片及徽章[4]。

3月8日至3月13日，在肯德基《原神》主题门店购买指定套餐，可得《原神》與肯德基联动款明信片1张[4]。在《原神》主题门店购买指定套餐并对店员说出口令“异世相遇，尽享美味”，可得《原神》與肯德基联动款徽章1对[3][6]。此外，自3月8日起至3月21日购买指定套餐可得“原神异世寻味礼”游戏兑换码1份[4]。
参与原神主题活动的肯德基深圳松岗店提前安排了当日的活动时间表：
- 9:30-10:20：门店负责人讲解活动细则
- 10:30：开启原神套餐
- 大约10:45：开启发餐+派发徽章
这个肯德基门店的官方账号给了很多对玩家的善意提醒，还额外提醒了提前一天到店的活动参与者可以入住门店对面的酒店，住宿费用可以打8折。[7][6]
该活动火爆异常，前往主题店参与活动的人太多，超过了所有人的预期，开始时就有大量玩家涌入《原神》主题店[8]，且有不少玩家裝扮成游戏角色进入主题店[9][6]。但该活动过于火爆，造成了人员聚集。2021年3月13日，肯德基在新浪微博称由于上海市和杭州市主题店人員聚集过多，违反了疫情防控条例，将取消两地的活动[8][10]。重庆红石路肯德基原神主题门店停业，部分网民认为门店停业有可能是因为现场活动组织混乱，以及门店没有报备活动。不过武汉的肯德基原神主题店秩序正常，活动正常举办。[11]

此次活动的活动口号“异世相遇，尽享美味”成为新的网络迷因，吸引旁观的网民一同参与话题。讨论联动活动的群体不但不再局限于ACG爱好者，而且还有Reddit讨论版的网民，游戏和非游戏媒体。不过仍有包括肯德基员工在内的部分人不理解活动的走红。[1][11][6][10]
