BitMax.io是由華爾街量化交易團隊打造，經緯中國、FBG、比特大陸等機構領投的第三代創新型數字貨幣交易所[1]。其創始人曹晶博士畢業于中國科技大學和美國芝加哥大學電腦科學專業[2]。

曹晶博士（Dr.George Cao）是BitMax.io的創始人兼首席執行官[3]。
曹晶出生於中國上海，本科就讀于中國科技大學電腦科學專業，之後赴美深造並獲得了芝加哥大學的電腦博士學位。畢業後，其一直在華爾街騎士資本、巴克萊銀行等金融機構從事量化交易及風險投資工作[4]。其後，他於紐約成立了量化交易基金德華資本並擔任CEO[5]。

BitMax.io在已經完成的早期融資中獲得了FBG Capital、比特大陸、經緯中國、GBIC、Perseverance Capital、Palm Drive等眾多業內機構的戰略投資[6]。
