2020年8月5日，JYP娛樂透露TWICE正在準備新專輯，9月25日，JYP娛樂表示TWICE已拍攝完新曲MV ，並宣布TWICE將於10月26日攜帶第二張正規專輯回歸，10月1日，第二次公開預告及出道五周年行程表，10月7日，專輯開放預購。
10月13日到21日，陸續公布娜璉、彩瑛、子瑜、Sana、志效、多賢、Mina、Momo、定延的個人預告片和個人概念照。
10月19日，五周年直播「WITH」提前公開〈SAY SOMETHING〉。

《I Can't Stop Me》的MV在YOUTUBE上發布24小時內獲得1899萬觀看次數，並於發布後11日11小時，破1億觀看次數，此紀錄打破《MORE & MORE》MV的自身紀錄（12日22小時）。
《I CAN'T STOP ME》MV歷時201天獲得3億觀看次數，為TWICE自身最高紀錄，並且打破Little Mix紀錄，成為全球破億MV最多的女子組合。
