- 14歲時首次接觸模特行業[1]。
- 2013年4月，首次參加了Dior Homme亞洲首秀。
- 2013年6月，走上了米蘭國際T台，成功地走出了中國。
- 2014年11月，首次亮相電視螢幕，參加了廣東衛視播出的勵志真人秀節目《中國好男兒》 。
- 2017年8月，首部影視作品，與王朝陽、陳名豪、張達源等人出演青春歌舞劇《天團見習生》。
- 2017年8月，翻唱單曲《You Make Me Free》，重新演繹張惠妹的歌曲[2]。
- 2017年8月，與王朝陽、陳名豪、張達源、王梓豪、張永傑、王藝龍、譚小柏和楊非同8名成員共同組成“ZOOM超能團”在北京宣布正式出道 。
- 2017年8月，ZOOM超能團發行了組合首張音樂專輯《ZOOM》，並將《英雄電影》一曲作為團體出道單曲[3]。
- 2018年5月，與何花、王瑞昌、魏哲鳴等人主演《當她戀愛時》[4]。
