KKBOX香港風雲榜（英語：KKBOX Hong Kong Music Awards）是亞洲音樂串流平台KKBOX依據其香港區用户點播次數統計而成的年度綜合排行榜。2019年，適逢KKBOX香港踏入10週年，風雲榜首次衝出台灣，於2019年3月12日在香港會議展覽中心Hall 5BC舉行首屆「KKBOX香港風雲榜」，並以「Music First 音樂至上」為主題。頒獎典禮由KKBOX Facebook、KKBOX香港YouTube頻道、香港、台灣、新加坡、馬來西亞及日本KKBOX應用程式或官方網頁現場直播，香港ViuTV和馬來西亞Astro喜悦HD現場轉播。
