海牛（2000年7月1日－），本名洪偉嘉，原為為傳說對決職業隊TXO隊員，2021後退隊專心經營頻道，目前為台灣YouTuber，主要影片內容為遊玩手機遊戲。
2017年加入傳說對決職業隊SMG，並與隊伍在2017年獲得GCS夏季賽冠軍及2017年AIC世界冠軍。2019年與Hanzo、Liang、Chichi、Genji一同離開SMG，創建TXO戰隊。2021年7月1日離開TXO戰隊[2]，專心經營頻道「Sirenia海牛[3]」。目前頻道訂閱數超過50萬，主要遊戲影片和實況為傳說對決。
目前主要在YouTube上發布影片和進行直播，主要經營頻道為「Sirenia海牛[3]」。

- 國中時從神魔之塔開始接觸手機遊戲，遊玩《雷霆突擊》後開始接觸競技類遊戲[4]
- SMG時期
- 2017年參加了傳說對決S2城市賽，因為表現優異而受到Genji邀請而加入SMG，從此開始他的電競人生[5]
- 2017年GCS夏季賽，與戰隊SMG一同獲得冠軍，保送AIC世界賽八強
- 2017年AIC世界賽，與隊伍一同獲得冠軍
- 2018年GCS春季賽，與隊伍一同獲得亞軍
- 2018年GCS夏季賽，與隊伍一同獲得殿軍
- 2019年1月11日與Hanzo、Liang、Chichi、Genji成立並轉隊至TXO戰隊
- TXO時期
- 2019年1月11日與Hanzo、Liang、Chichi、Genji成立TXO戰隊
- 2019年GCS春季賽，與隊伍一同獲得亞軍，但在AIC世界賽選拔賽落敗

搬出宿舍事件[1][2][编辑]
為了能夠有更多空間經營頻道及生活，海牛在沒有告知隊伍成員的情況下，跟蓋瑞共同租了一間房子，打算搬出去住。他當時擔心自己的選擇不會被老闆接受，打算租完房子，打理完事情後，再告知隊伍，但是卻也影響到了隊伍，使得事情一度鬧大。
手痛事件[1][2][编辑]
2020年，因為傳說對決的熱度有明顯下滑，TXO戰隊老闆決定轉移到激鬥峽谷發展，海牛原本極力反對，但經過老闆勸說，態度稍微軟化，並且同意暫時跟著隊伍的方針進行；同時因為當時他的YouTube頻道主要內容都是傳說對決，因此他必須放棄目前的頻道，並且決定在11、12月將頻道收尾。但是在不久之後，阿亮詢問他為什麼還不開始練習激鬥峽谷，海牛開始思考自己先前的決定，因為當時的他在激鬥峽谷還沒有什麼造詣，必須花費相較於他人更多的時間來練習，但是因為先前在傳說對決的高密度練習，海牛認為自己的手若是再接受這樣子的刺激，很可能會留下一些後遺症，或是長時間的疼痛；此外，海牛也不甘願就這樣放棄頻道，他認為經營頻道會使他更加的快樂，因此最終決定退出TXO戰隊，專心經營自己的頻道。
Dcard女友事件[编辑]
2022年3月31日，有一位網友在Dcard上的「傳說對決版」發布一則貼文，文內表示「海牛在一開始有一位常去看她比賽的女友，但是之後認識了一個女粉絲，並且在跟原女友分手後與她交往。接著海牛又遇到了另一位女粉絲，結果被第二位女友發現，分手後自殺未遂。之後第一次與第三位女友見面就發生關係，接著又認識了現任女友瑞咪，與第三位女友分手後跟瑞咪交往。（改寫自Dcard貼文）[6]」。海牛的現任女友瑞咪看到這則貼文後，非常生氣和失望，也向海牛本人詢問，海牛也坦承自己犯下的一些錯誤，並且為貼文中許多不實的地方進行澄清。海牛表示自己的每一段感情都有好好的收尾，並不像文中說的一樣先認識並交往後才和前一位分手，並且也對於沒做好避孕措施而感到愧疚。因為此事件，海牛的頻道停更了兩個月，讓自己和女友可以沉澱心緒，也對於Dcard的貼文展開核實，發現許多地方皆有錯誤，後續將走法律程序[7]。
