《We Stand As One》為香港歌手何韻詩發行的一隻單曲碟，全碟共有6 Tracks，實質只有2首歌，《光明會》及《嘆息橋》。

本碟兩首歌曲都是由何韻詩作曲，《光明會》是為演唱會而作的歌曲，以強勁節奏使歌迷們聞歌起舞，的而且確何韻詩無論在甚麼場合，這首歌的音樂一起歌迷們便會自動起身舞動身體。這首歌可以說到現時為止是何韻詩的代表作。另外《光明會》共有5個版本，除派上台由青山大樂隊編曲的版本外，其餘4個版本分別由青山大樂隊成員編曲。而歌曲監製均為青山大樂隊及何韻詩。
