- 2005年4月22日 - 試驗智能IC，直至同年8月28日。
- 2006年2月24日 - 再次試驗智能IC，智能IC為單方面IC（東京方向）。
- 2007年4月1日 - 正式啟用智能IC。
- 2010年12月18日 - 此智能IC的另一方向（青森方向）啟用。
