論壇於2007年在北京由一班來自外交群體、中国國內有關氣候轉變板塊的政府及業界成員所创建，透過曾经组织各种活动，包括演讲者、社交活动、利益相关者咨询以及与重要人物之间的会议，讨论当前影响中国的气候变化问题。[1][2][3][4]2012年与德国技术合作公司共同举办了一系列活动，“中国低碳领导网络”。[5][4]
执行委员会[编辑]
