中華民國學生旗隊，指中華民國各級學校所組成的學生樂旗隊和藝術團，一般簡稱為旗隊，大眾常與儀隊中由旗官組成的旗隊搞混。
常見於國內國、高中校隊，又以高中校隊居多。與行進樂隊搭配演出，過去少有單獨表演的機會。

比賽[编辑]
在行進樂隊比賽中，旗隊表現佔視覺分數很大的比例。但是，學生音樂比賽之評審群多為音樂相關人士，缺乏具有旗隊專業鑑賞的評審，故評分與評語大有先入為主、過於主觀的疑慮。
- 各縣市學生音樂比賽(市賽)：由各縣市政府教育局主辦，每年上學期舉辦，為初賽，名次前列者進入全國分區決賽。
- 全國學生音樂比賽(全國賽/省賽)：由教育部主辦，每年三月分為北區、中區、南區三區決賽。
- 臺灣國際行進樂隊公開賽：每年四月舉辦。參加項目為行進樂隊、純旗隊比賽。
- WAMSB世界盃行進樂隊大賽[1]

- 嘉義市國際管樂節：每年12月，參與踩街嘉年華活動、室外管樂隊形變換表演。
- 台南管樂藝術季：每年4月。
- 臺北市樂儀旗舞觀摩表演：每年4月，樂儀旗共同參與。
