好順泰大廈（脚本错误：没有“lang”这个模块。）是香港一個私人屋苑，位於新界元朗西菁街10號，鄰近元朗千色匯及元朗教育路，1988年入伙，由華懋集團發展興建，管理公司為發展商旗下的合安管理有限公司管理。

商場[编辑]

商場位於好順泰大廈基座，命名為好順泰商場，設有兩層(唯上層只屬酒樓的閣樓，只可經酒樓下層出入口前往)，商鋪主要是食肆，包括餐廳及酒樓，另設7-11便利店、地產鋪、傢俱店等，全部商鋪皆面向街道。

住宅[编辑]

住宅設有2座，為華懋集團於元朗發展的5個好順X大廈中，最後一個落成入伙、提供最多單位及面積最細小單位(259呎)的項目，樓高28層，因有商場及停車場關係，住宅樓層由3樓開始至30樓，一層8個單位(A-H，或稱1-8室)，提供448個實用面積259-377呎的一房及二房單位。屋苑已進行強制驗樓計劃及外牆油漆翻新。

停車場出入口位於西菁街，好順泰大廈平台上，樓高1層，為室外停車場(於大廈天井位置有數個有蓋泊車位)，由華懋集團持有，威信停車場管理，車場分有時租、日租夜泊(只於星期一至五提供)及月租(浮動車位)。
