華懋交易廣場是香港的一座寫字樓，位處香港島鰂魚涌海灣街一號，樓高25層，由華懋集團發展，於1993年12月11日落成。
大樓內主要有香港政府部門的辦事處，包括環境保護署的區域辦事處（南）、政府統計處的貿易統計調查及研究組（已遷），其他租戶還包括香港交易及結算所有限公司、日立、迅達升降機、聯想電腦港島維修中心、太興燒味餐廳集團、香港象印等。
大樓的下層集合各式食肆酒樓，包括著名的東海海鮮酒家。
