巴姑摩爾（排灣語：Pakumur），是台灣排灣族傳說中的一個水潭，其中住有許多水生的怪物和神祇，後來因為乾涸而消失。

巴姑摩爾的水潭很深，其中住著兇猛的魚蝦或水怪，只要發現有人來到水潭捕捉牠們，就會群起攻擊，到後來人們都不敢去那裡，將其視為禁地，而除了魚蝦之外，也有許多跟水有關的神祇，例如杜姑杜姑（Tjukutjuku）、慕拿妮幽妮幽（Munaniuniu）、沙烏拉魯拉魯依（Sauljaljuljaljui）等也住在那裡。後來發生一次乾旱，巴姑摩爾就這樣乾涸了，而生活其中的生物變成了成群的蝴蝶，每天早晨或傍晚會飛在原本的水潭位置上，回憶著過去的美好時光。
部分排灣族人認為，巴姑摩爾事實上就是海洋，而其中生活的神祇也都是海神或海仙女[1]Template:Page。
