揚海（脚本错误：没有“lang”这个模块。）是大型住宅港島南岸的第二期，舊址為黃竹坑邨第一座，位於整個港島南岸的最南方，地盤面積約9.26萬方呎，鄰近黃竹坑南朗山道，在2023年8月31日落成；其英文名稱中包含「唯一」及「海洋、海灣」的意思[1]。

香港政府於2011年5月展開工程興建港島南線，當中黃竹坑邨第一座被拆卸發展為「黃竹坑站」後，再將有關上蓋物業的發展權批予港鐵，作為補貼興建鐵路的建築成本[2]。2017年12月5日，港鐵公佈嘉里建設及信和置業各佔50%股權的合資公司 High Crown Holdings Limited，以補地價約52.1億港元投得黃竹坑站第二期發展項目。[3]到了2021年8月17日，發展商正式將第二期命名爲「揚海（La marina）」，興建兩座合共600個住宅單位，實用面積介乎320至1,901平方呎，設共9款不同戶型，並交由巴馬丹拿集團負責建築和以「航海」主題設計，獲得綠建環評新建建築暫定金級認證（鉑金級認證項目）；[4][5]同月24日公開售價，首推120伙戶型一至三房單位，折實售價近1080至3085萬元，折實平均呎價為30880元[6]。
揚海是黃竹坑綜合發展區的重點住宅項目，佔地面積約92,269平方呎，設有大概43,866平方呎的綠化空間及17,352平方呎左右的住客會所，內置戶外泳池、宴會廳、兒童遊樂區、健身室、桌球室、閱讀雅座、中央花園等基本設施，配合「躍動港島南」計劃發展。另外，屋苑鄰近深灣[7]、南朗山、海洋公園與核心商業區金鐘，又連接黃竹坑巴士總站及南區規模最大的商場 The Southside（總面積近51萬平方呎、設有5層商舖樓層、共約150間商戶、提供約235個停車場車位）[8][9]，而區內校網亦囊括新加坡國際學校（香港）、香港加拿大國際學校和滬江維多利亞學校，故此基於可達度高而令其交投市場活躍。[10][11][12][13]
