恒福花園是九鐵（輕鐵）上蓋物業之一，地面為三聖公共運輸交匯處（包括輕鐵三聖站），兩鐵合併後改由港鐵管理。基座為商場，是港鐵在屯門管理的三個商場之一（另兩個為新屯門商場及海趣坊）。
