为清朝末年广东五华楂水区乌石头乡朱黄二首传，朱黄二辗转佛山等地学习武功，学有所成后回归故里，在族中传授武艺，颇负盛名，门徒众多，其子朱亚南武艺最精；朱亚南又传其子朱进，朱进继承父业，以习武行医为生，所传弟子甚广，后人将朱氏所教拳术称为“朱家教”。[2][3]。
介紹[编辑]
朱家教拳擒、挪、揸、抓特色鲜明；手法滑，脱、虚、挑、劈变化无穷[2]，朱家教的特點是：手腳配合，動作連貫，上下結合，攻擊迅猛。
套路[编辑]
朱家教拳術套路有：粗五項、幼五項、七星步、對手、鳳爪三角掌、和手6套，器械1套。興寧縣拳術套路有：百日早、直搖手、曲搖手、上揀膝拳；器械有十八排尖棍、對拆及對拳等。
