王允之，台灣女演員。出生於台灣新北市。2012年起以拍攝廣告入行，參與過多部廣告、戲劇、短片及電影的演出。2021年於電影《動物感傷の清晨》飾演女主角小青[1]，該片並於2022年入選愛沙尼亞塔林國際黑夜電影節（Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival）並進行世界首映[2][3]，2023年於高雄電影節進行台灣首映[4]。2023年參與導演林宣瀚所導短片《一個女人生命的三小時》[5]，並飾演該片主要角色[6][7]，此作亦於2023年高雄電影節首映。

王允之畢業於國立臺灣師範大學國文學系[8]，於畢業前接觸表演，並開始參與廣告、微電影等拍攝工作。並曾參與家樂福、比菲多、日立、信義房屋等品牌的廣告拍攝。
王允之於電影《動物感傷の清晨》首次擔綱女主角，在片中以裸露的演出呈現人類情慾、存在焦慮與現代社會的寂寥。由於此片曾於愛沙尼亞塔林國際黑夜電影節上映，以色列資深影評人朗佛格爾（Ron Fogel）評論其表演為：「Watch closely the leading actress and you will discover a cinematic wonder. ( 仔細觀察片中女主角，你會發現一場電影奇蹟 ) 」[9]。
