羅嬋，1974年在香港出生，祖籍廣東惠州，在九龍城區長大。1990年參選亞洲電視臺主辦的「香港美少女大賽」，沒有獲得名次。不久後，羅嬋和亞洲電視臺簽約並成為基本演員，在電視劇中主要是甘草演員，至今觀眾印象較為深刻的角色是在1996年電視劇《我和春天有個約會》中扮演孤兒院院長靚姑。2001年離開亞洲電視，現時情況不詳。
