該壇全名為「國定古蹟府城開基三山國王廟 誠心壇」[註 1]，為臺南三山國王廟之附屬組織，象徵公堂，於1978年由該廟眾信士創建，現設於該廟後殿龍側，為西山淨明派小法館，凡起乩辦公事亦於此處。[1]
沿革[编辑]
該壇於西元1978年成立，起初設立於臺南三山國王廟正殿龍側（今舍人爺神龕旁），後先遷移至信徒家中，最後設於臺南三山國王廟後排龍側，為三山國王廟的公堂，亦是公事日時辦公事之處，盛極一時，曾有過於晚上八點開始辦公事，一直到凌晨兩點才結束的紀錄，之後開始有小法團，為西山淨明派小法，屬閭山派；而後因壇員年紀增長，因工作而無暇參與壇務而逐漸沒落。
西元2017年12月，由施冠鴻、朱啟文、黃朝緯、朱啟鋒等人將該壇接起，並以傳承信仰為目標，協助該廟廟務，亦為該廟之祭典組。[1]

民國107年7月起，因小法團重興之緣故新奉徐甲真人香火。[2]
慶典[编辑]
主要慶典為農曆正月初六的創壇紀念日以及農曆九月廿五的主神獨山國王聖誕，而其餘神尊生日時亦有祝壽儀式。

該壇是為臺南三山國王廟之附屬公堂，因此設有公案桌及刑具，而其石製圓形香爐亦是一大特色，相當少見。[3]
該壇亦有承接紙藝及祀宴，凡三山國王廟有大小慶典祀宴，皆可看見該壇人員的擺設風格及紙藝創作。[4]
