貞享3年7月22日（1686年9月9日），下總古河藩藩主老中脚本错误：没有“ilh”这个模块。死去[3]，其90,000石領地中80,000石由長子脚本错误：没有“ilh”这个模块。繼承。同年8月29日（10月16日），信之次子脚本错误：没有“ilh”这个模块。繼承剩餘10,000石領地，並且將陣屋設於興留字西垣內而創藩，根據《庄屋武兵衛覺書》記載，陣屋在元祿2年（1689年）完工，領地是平群郡21村、葛下郡4村和葛上郡7村[1][2][4]。
元祿6年（1693年）6月，信通奉命脚本错误：没有“ilh”这个模块。罪人仁木甚右衛門。同年11月25日（12月21日），忠之由於發狂而被脚本错误：没有“ilh”这个模块。，信通獲准繼承脚本错误：没有“ilh”这个模块。脚本错误：没有“ilh”这个模块。，並且獲加增20,000石而脚本错误：没有“ilh”这个模块。至備中庭瀨藩[1][2]。興留藩也就此廢藩，領地均變為幕府領[5]，陣屋則在元祿7年（1694年）7月被拆毀[1]。
