做法[编辑]
1、先把雞蛋搅拌均匀，然后加入糖,牛奶和中筋麵粉搅拌成可麗餅浆。
2、加熱平底鍋開，塗上牛油。舀1匙可麗餅浆，快速转动平底鍋讓可麗餅浆平均和薄。煎约12秒，餅皮变成固体即可翻面煎10秒完成可麗餅。
3、把奶油放在可麗餅上，放上香蕉，以餅皮包起，香蕉可麗餅完成。
