2015年山东日照爆炸事故为发生在2015年7月16日上午7时30分左右的一起爆炸事故，地点位于中华人民共和国山东省日照市港北工业园石大科技石化有限公司。
单位情况[编辑]
石大科技公司位于日照市岚山区虎山镇西潘村北侧沿海路西侧，成立于2009年12月18日，为中国石油大学（华东）的校办企业。主要经营重油综合加工利用及其产品的销售，石油化工研发、设备设计、普通货物进出口等。主要产品有汽油、柴油、液化石油气、石油焦、道路沥青、石脑油、燃料油、硫磺、MTBE、苯、甲苯、丙烯、丙烷等[1]。
事故罐区为编号311的罐区，共有12个球形储罐，分两排分布，总库容为1.5万立方米，储存介质为液化石油气、丙烯和丙烷。2015年3月起，该公司邀请山东省特种设备检验研究院日照分院对12个球罐轮流倒罐，进行压力容器检测检验。事故发生前，罐区储存物料总量约为3240立方米[2]。

事故发生前，正在为7#罐进行检测前的倒罐准备。倒罐采取经球罐底部注水线向罐内注水加压的方式，将7#罐内的液化石油气倒入6#罐。7月16日早上7时37分38秒，连接6#罐底脱水线的排水消防水带发生液化石油气泄漏，消防水带在地面上浮起，受压剧烈舞动，7时39分20秒，发生爆燃。
爆炸点火原因可能是泄漏过程中产生的静电放电或消防水带剧烈舞动金属接口及捆绑铁丝与设备或管道撞击产生火花而引起的。9时16分，6#罐和相邻的8#罐底部区域发生爆炸。9时27分15秒，8#罐发生罐体撕裂并爆炸。9时37分56秒，6#罐发生爆炸飞出，现场形成蘑菇云，2#罐和4#罐倒塌，2#罐和7#罐着火。
6#罐发生爆炸后，现场指挥部迁至火灾现场3000米外，研究确定采取维持稳定燃烧、确保人员安全的处置方案。7月17日7点24分左右，现场救援人员关闭最后一处着火点7#罐顶部母管阀门，罐区明火全部熄燃。[1]
伤亡和损失[编辑]
爆炸救援过程中造成2名消防队员受伤，7辆消防车毁坏、部分球罐以及周边设施和建构筑物不同程度损坏，罐区周边1公里范围内居民房屋门窗被震坏爆炸，直接经济损失2812万元[1][2]。
