2013年京哈铁路列车撞人事故发生于2013年11月22日。当时由哈尔滨西开往北京的列车撞倒多名在轨道上施工的工人，导致4人遇难，1人受伤。

出事的旅客列车为D28次「和谐号」動車組，于北京时间06时50分由哈尔滨西站开出，前往北京。中午11時10分，当列车驶至鞍山市台安县台安站至盘锦市盘锦北站区间时，撞倒正在路轨上工作的沈阳铁路局山海关工务段工人。

事故导致4名工人遇难，1人受伤。[1] 京哈铁路运输未受影响。
原因[编辑]
官方认定此次事故是由于“工人违规作业”造成的[2]。
铁路部门原定于当日10时59分开始进行道路施工，至12时42分结束，期间正好是京哈线上行无列车通过时间。但D28次列车却晚点20分钟通过此路段，并按照原定约200千米/小时的高速运行，在经事发地点时，其强大气流把工人卷进车底，从而导致这次事故[2]。
