K483/482、K484/481次是中国铁路运行于广州至云南省昆明之间的一对已經停運的快速旅客列车，现由昆明铁路局昆明客运段负责客运任务。列车使用中国铁路25G型客车，沿广茂铁路、河茂铁路、黎湛铁路 、湘桂铁路 、南昆铁路运行，全程1637公里，途经广东、广西、贵州、云南。其中广州站至昆明站运行25小时52分，使用车次为K483/482次；昆明站至广州站运行26小时38分，使用车次为K484/481次。

2009年4月1日零时起，全国铁路将同时实行2009年新的列车运行图。昆明铁路局和广州铁路集团新增开K483/482、K484/481次旅客列车。沿广茂铁路、河茂铁路、黎湛铁路、湘桂铁路、南昆铁路运行，全程1637公里，途经广东、广西、贵州、云南。[1]。
2012年7月1日零时起，中国铁道部调整列车运行图，为充分优化运力资源配置，提高运输效率，广州铁路集团对部分旅客列车进行了调整。K483/482次取消了在茂名东站办理客运业务。[2]。
受南昆客运专线开通和铁路运行图调整影响，K483/482、K484/481次列车自2017年1月5日起停运，同时取消与K365/364、K366/363次列车车底的套跑关系[3]。同时停运的还有另一班广昆普速Z212/213、Z214/211次。
