該網站為志願服務性質，提問者多數為一般民眾，不甚熟悉法律觀念和常識。而回答者至今有144位註冊。 使用回答和寫文章功能，需提供所屬單位與職稱、職業領域、真實姓名、感興趣領域。或進一步認證法律人資格，使回答時更能讓人信服。
