南無佛陀耶。南無達摩耶。南無僧伽耶。南無三曼多母多難。南無阿唎耶阿縛盧枳低濕筏囉耶。菩提薩埵耶。摩訶薩埵耶。摩訶迦路匿迦耶。怛侄他。[註 1]唵，阿嚕勒繼，娑婆訶。[4]」
通行的心咒就只有最末八字「唵，阿嚕勒繼，娑婆訶[註 2]」
現代漢語[编辑]
皈依佛法僧三寶，皈依一切諸佛，皈依大慈悲聖觀世音大菩薩，即說咒曰：「出淤泥而不染罷！」
義解[编辑]
《阿唎多羅陀羅尼阿嚕力經》提到觀自在菩薩（觀世音菩薩）說是真言「唵阿嚕力迦（半音呼之），娑嚩（二合引）訶（引）」[5]。
「阿嚕勒繼」（ālolik）是「阿蘿莉嘉」「ālolika」（泥土）的簡稱，這是一個暗語，指「汙泥中的蓮華」，即「出淤泥而不染罷」。有研究指出是在「業障中獲得菩提」之意。
持此咒語，可滅除業障苦惱，獲得聰明記憶，最終往生淨土。也有些佛教徒將其迴向冤親債主。[4]。
