陳伯均，時任台北地方法院家事庭法官。於9月11日早上和妻子小孩四人前往攀爬池有山，池有山為台灣百岳武陵四秀之一，標高3302.648公尺。
不適合一般民眾，遊客前往。亦為山友們挑戰山林運動的開始山。事發當時，中度颱風梅花過境，外圍環流帶來雨水和大風。10點38分，陳伯均一家人在桃山山屋偶遇協作山友廖啓睿。風雨漸大，勸告返回卻仍堅持攻頂。[1]並於下午時於三叉營地迷路，陳自行尋路，並告訴妻子若30分鐘後沒返回就求救，後失聯。[2]

在11日，救難隊員尋獲其妻和兩名孩子。隔日護送下山。在14日尋獲遺體，研判為失足跌落。[3][4]
山況[编辑]
池有山多山路，小徑，溪流懸崖。時常有人走錯路，而使的路越走越大。但不是正確的路。就連協作山友都會迷路。[5]如真的迷路，建議不要擅自下切，待在原地等待救援。[6]
