台灣於2010/5/22第一次舉辦，於晚上7點開始，10點半正式結束，邀請多位藝人，最後演唱的是蕭敬騰，主持人是黃子佼，主辦單位是YouTube，於台北世界貿易中心展覽二館(台北展演二館)舉行。
主持人描述，YouTube也曾在美國、日本、韓國等地舉辦過成功的實體以及線上二合一直播演唱會，這次5/22在台灣舉辦的為了慶祝YouTube5週年，在其中還送場內觀眾YouTube的T桖。
這場演唱會，邀請了將近有20位的歌手參與演出，其中包括1976、A-Lin、Dance Flow、Jerry C、Olivia、TANK、江明娟、黃文星、彭于晏、張懸、溫嵐、瑤瑤、劉軒、盧廣仲、戴愛玲、BY2、蕭敬騰等人，且幾乎都帶來自己的主打歌，BY2還宣布出有一場第一次的演唱會在台灣於6月5日。
- 只要擁有YouTube帳號且訂閱「My YouTube」 頻道，並在2010年5月9日前至「YouTube Music Day」頻道完成索票報名，即可參加演唱會門票的抽獎，每位得獎者可獲得2張演唱會門票。 。
