北京理工大学珠海学院文法学院是北京理工大学珠海学院的下属学院，前身为北京理工大学珠海学院法律系，创立于2005年，现任院长为陈坤林教授，成立之时是珠海最年轻的法学院。现有“法律系”和“对外汉语系”两个学系，开设“法学”和“汉语言文学（对外汉语）”两个本科课程。同时兼为北京理工大学珠海学院的“思想政治理论教学部”和“人文社科基础理论教学部”，承担全校“思想政治课”的教学任务。
历史沿革[编辑]
2005年，北京理工大学珠海学院法律系正式成立，归并于北京理工大学珠海学院工商管理学院之下，而法律系的全称因此为北京理工大学珠海学院工商管理学院法律系。
2007年，“法律系”与“中文系”合并成为北京理工大学珠海学院文法学院，因此法律系的全程为北京理工大学珠海学院文法学院法律系。
校园文化[编辑]
“法律系”应前后分属不同的学院，而这些学院的整体课程与法学并无任何关系，同时也因为在历次院系调整中从无任一来自“法律系”的教师执掌学院权柄，从而被戏称为“流浪的法律系”。[1] 甚至直到正式成立文法学院，“法律系”尚且没有一个正式的“系主任”，仅用“学科带头人”指称系内实际领导。[2]同时也因为近邻北京师范大学珠海分校法律与行政学院的强势，而被戏称为珠海高校法学院的“万年老二”。
