广东海洋大学法学院是广东海洋大学的下属学院，前身为广东海洋大学文法学院法学系，创立于2001年，现任院长为栗克元教授。创立时是湛江市高校中唯一成院建制的法学院，现在已发展成为湛江市高校中规模最大、人数最多的法学院。[1]
