肇庆学院政法学院是肇庆学院的下属学院，前身为肇庆学院政法系，创立于2000年，现任院长为黎玉琴教授。学院现有"法学","思想政治教育","政治学与行政学"等三个本科专业。建有一个能够容纳近百人、与中级人民法院审判庭同样标准设立的教学用“模拟法庭”。学院还设有一个图书资料室，拥有10000册供教师教学和科研之用的专业图书。[1]
